‍At Efrei, fostering student engagement is central to our mission. Encouraging active participation in student life, particularly within associations, is a key priority. For this year’s BDE campaign, we needed a voting platform capable of delivering participation rates that matched our ambitious goals.

Challenge:

‍Our primary objective was to motivate voters to take part in the elections while ensuring the voting process remained seamless, accessible, and transparent for all Efrei students.

Solution:

‍We chose to partner with Voteer because of its secure, convenient, and user-friendly electronic voting system.

Implementation:

‍Integrating Voteer's platform into our election process was smooth and straightforward. The Voteer team worked closely with us to tailor the voting experience to our specific needs. Our dedicated Voteer advisor was attentive and supportive throughout the preparation phase and during the campaign itself.

Results:

‍The outcomes exceeded our expectations. Not only did the platform make voting more convenient and accessible for students, but we also saw a significant increase in participation rates. In fact, participation doubled compared to the previous year.

Conclusion:

‍Voteer’s innovative platform was instrumental in helping Efrei boost student engagement and ensure a successful election. By overcoming traditional challenges to voter participation, we achieved our goal of running an inclusive and impactful election.
