A significant increase in participation rates for the Efrei's BDE campaign thanks to Voteer.

Context:

At Efrei, student engagement is at the core of our mission. Mobilizing students within the student association is a crucial priority. For this campaign, we were in search of a voting platform that could achieve a participation rate commensurate with our ambitions.

Challenge:

Our main challenge was to find an effective way to encourage voters to participate in the elections while making the voting process practical, accessible, and transparent for all Efrei students.

Solution:

We decided to collaborate with Voteer due to its secure, convenient, and simple electronic voting system.

Implementation:

The integration of the voting platform for Efrei went smoothly. We worked closely with the Voteer team to customize the voting experience according to our specific needs. Our Voteer advisor was available and attentive throughout the campaign and beforehand.

Results:

The results were very satisfactory. Not only did the voting process become more convenient and accessible for students, but we also observed a significant increase in participation rates. In fact, participation doubled compared to last year.

The voting platform was invaluable to Efrei in our quest to strengthen participation and interest in the 2024 BDE campaign. Thanks to this innovative solution, we were able to overcome traditional obstacles related to election participation and conduct a well-followed and successful campaign
